Specific activities for the position:

• Teaching seminars and laboratories for the courses in the curriculum.
• Scientific research in the field of Electronics, Telecommunications, and Information Technology.
• Participation in the administrative activities within the department.

Responsibilities/activities related to the position being advertised:

• Teaching seminars and laboratories for the courses in the curriculum and preparing teaching materials.
• Guiding students throughout the teaching process.
• Supervising students in preparing bachelor’s theses.
• Improving and modernizing teaching technologies used in the educational process.
• Participating in research projects in the field of Electronics, Telecommunications, and Information Technology, materialized through the publication of scientific articles in journals or conference proceedings.
• Presenting original works at scientific sessions, national, and international conferences.
• Participation in administrative activities within the department.

In accordance with the provisions of the Framework Law no. 153 of June 28, 2017, on the remuneration of staff paid from public funds.

3 working days after the results are announced, according to the competition calendar.

• Templates
• Overriding, overloading
• Static variable, static function

The candidate will be evaluated by the competition committee from the perspective of:

1. The relevance and impact of scientific results;
2. The candidate’s ability to mentor students or young researchers;
3. Teaching competence;
4. The ability to transfer knowledge to the economic or social environment or to popularize their own scientific results;
5. The ability to work in a team and the efficiency of scientific collaborations, depending on the specifics of the field;
6. The ability to carry out or lead research and development projects;
7. Professional experience in institutions other than UPB.
